A big thank you to our wonderful local fire brigade service, who came to visit our school. Key Stage 1 & 2 took part in safety assemblies & our EYFS children met the firefighters, saw the Fire Engine 🚒 & asked some excellent questions as part of their ‘People who help us topic’ https://t.co/FxdZjDlyL4

As part of their ‘Monsters’ theme, Year 6 have produced amazing non-chronological reports. This involved using their ICT skills to research a mythical creature. In English, skills of note-making, planning, drafting, editing and presenting were used to produce their final reports https://t.co/eLRPDXiZUq

Our children are loving our curriculum & regular opportunities that link our outdoor & indoor learning areas. After collecting a range of autumnal 🍂 items around our grounds they used their knowledge of the artistic styles of Andy Goldsworthy to create their own masterpieces 🖼 https://t.co/REPKIth7Wu

Yr 5 are loving their DT project, making a Viking longship. The first part was to make a longship using paper, a given design & evaluate it. Next step is to design a longship, using stronger materials and different joining techniques. We can't wait to see the finished projects. https://t.co/GzUWRt4lo9
